We ship orders within New Zealand and Internationally, all currency stated is in USD.
Nationwide Shipping:
We will ship your order within 24-48 working hours of receiving your payment. As you know we rely on NZ Post for deliveries, therefore shipping fees and time may vary but you should expect to receive your product within 7 days after payment is received. We monitor the performance of our carriers continously. All shipping would have a tracking number which would be emailed to you.
International Shipping:
We will ship your order within 24-48 working hours of receiving your payment. As you know we rely on EMS International Economy Courier for international deliveries, therefore shipping fees and time may vary but you should expect to receive your product within 14 days after payment is received. We monitor the performance of our carriers continously. All shipping would have a tracking number which would be emailed to you.
Refund Policy:
We try our best to give you 100% satisfaction. We will happily provide you with a full refund if:
You received a damaged or defective product*
The wrong product was shipped*
You did not receive the product
*You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund.
There is no refund if you change your mind about a product so please choose carefully. All our products are exactly as shown in the pictures and product description.
Data and Privacy:
The information collected from you at the time you place an order (on you or those you gift to) will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party.
Contact:
We will only contact you with regards to your order and keep you well informed should we have any difficulties providing you with the specific products ordered. We will not email you otherwise.
Payment:
Payment shall be by direct debit to our ASB bank account, Western Union or through Paypal. Please pay within 7 days of placing your order otherwise your order will be cancelled.
Law and Jurisdiction:
Any contract for your purchase from MJ Forever is governed by and has to be interpreted under New Zealand Law, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand justice system.
